Returns

Return requests should be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging when possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for return. Gift cards and final sale items are not returnable unless required by law.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at oydiyzoge@outlook.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. We will review the request and provide next steps when approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
